1. Representation
Acceptance onto the roster is at Castworth's discretion and confirmed in a written agreement. Representation does not guarantee bookings.
2. Fees & Commission
Commission on secured bookings is agreed in writing. Optional services are quoted in advance. See Fees Explained.
3. Your Responsibilities
You agree to keep your profile accurate, attend confirmed bookings punctually and professionally, and give reasonable notice of any conflict.
4. Data & Privacy
We store your details securely and use them solely to represent and submit you for opportunities. You may request access or deletion at any time.
5. Images & Portfolio
You retain rights to your likeness. You grant Castworth permission to use your portfolio for promotion and client submission while represented.
6. Ending Representation
Either party may end the arrangement with written notice as set out in your agreement. Outstanding commissions on bookings in progress remain payable.
7. Under-18s
Applicants under 18 require parental or guardian consent, and a guardian must accompany minors to all bookings.
